1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of SU Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

SU Services LLC provides property maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Snow removal
  • Lawn care and maintenance
  • Aeration services
  • Fall clean-up
  • Junk removal
  • Firewood sales

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Service Agreements

Service agreements may be made verbally, in writing, or through our online booking system. All service agreements are subject to these Terms of Service. Pricing and service details will be confirmed at the time of booking or service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change without notice, but agreed-upon prices will be honored for completed services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds for completed services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns.

6. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling services, you grant SU Services LLC permission to access your property as necessary to perform the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your property and notifying us of any hazards, pets, or special considerations.

We are not responsible for damage to property that is not directly caused by our negligence. We carry liability insurance and will address any legitimate claims of damage caused by our services.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SU Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SU Services LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
